The Research and Education Network of Uganda (RENU) to host UbuntuNet-Connect 2016

UbuntuNet Alliance for Research and Education Networking is pleased to announce that UbuntuNet-Connect 2016, the 9th edition of its series of annual conferences focusing on research and education networking activities, is taking place in Africa and will be held on 3-4 November 2016 in Kampala, Uganda. The conference will be hosted by the Research and Education Network of Uganda (RENU).

The theme of the conference is” Optimising the Impact of NRENs on Africa’s Research“.

The Research and Education Network of Uganda (RENU) first hosted the conference in 2009 and the return of the conference to Kampala signals an effort to measure the progress of RENU since its establishment in 2006.
