Invenio template - IO Error uploading Image & Videos

Hello,
I am having the below error when I try to upload an image via web submit:

I am also experiencing the below error for Video uploads:

Any fixes? I have checked the logs of both invenio (invenio.err) and apache logs but nothing related to this is logged there.

Without information from logs, it's a bit difficult to comment. I've invited @RRicceri to the topic, she may have something to add.

Perhaps we can try to reproduce the error, trying with different kinds and sizes of files ? where is your repository ?

Hi all,
Please, can you try to upload an image "test.jpg"
and a video "test.mp4" ?
Maybe the problem is the name of the file...

I will test next week and advise. We are away from office this week because of elections.

I hope things are ok after the elections ! I wonder if you've had a chance to have another look at this error ? Bear in mind that now it's Italy's turn to be away from the office - the offices will re-open next week. If you like, I'll set the reminder again for Monday next week and we can pick it up then ?

Bruce,
Things are getting back to normal. I have just re-checked this morning and I can't really catch anything. invenio.err and apache-ssl.log have no error. I have also tried @RRicceri suggestion but that did not work.
We can pick on it next week when you are back.
